We had been with a different realtor for about 5 months and were not getting many showings. So we changed to Kathy for her local expertise in the area and we are so glad we did. In the two months she had the listing we saw three times as many people than our previous realtor showed in 5 months. She provided continuous feedback thru all the showings we had and brought qualified couples thru which ultimately help to sell our house. She was very helpful in the contract negotiations to get us the highest dollar amount possible which ended up being exactly what she had thought the house would sell for when we listed it with her. Once we had a signed contract, she continued to assist us with the final steps to complete the sale (house inspections, follow up on questions from the sellers/legal/etc.) until the day we actually closed. Looking back we dont think without Kathys effort that we would have sold our house and we were so pleased with her and her team professionalism and efforts that if we ever have to sell a house again, she will be the person we go to as we have seen from this recent experience, she gets the job done!

They literally took us by the hand with their kindness and caring. Kathy is so in touch with todays market and trends. We listened to her years of experience and wisdom.....had our house sold within a month after listing. Kathy and her staff is honest and Kathy will advise you about setting a selling price and staging. One would be wise to listen to her and her thoughts. Would we hire her to sell our house the next time?
