She was recommended from a fellow service member, with whom I held a lot of trust. She was everything he told me she would be. We were in first contact while still in Germany, long distance did not matter she made herself available even with the 6 hour time difference. Every week she checked in on us emailing various homes, not what she wanted to sell but according to our requirements. Other sales reps in the past tended to try and pull us out of our comfort zone. When we arrived in the US she was one of the first to call and welcome us back. We were TDY in Pensacola FL for 5 months, in the meantime we continued our report with Jessica. We made a visit, for two days, to the area to see the specific homes we were interested in. Jessica did not disappoint after a couple of homes, dog issues were the turn down, we found what we thought was just the perfect fit and put in an offer. While back in Pensacola Jessica moved on with all of the million things that have to happen to buy a home . On the closing day she had to actually sign for us, with power of attorney, this is how much we trusted her. She spent several hours there signing to the extent of getting a cramp in her hand. We got the HOME we wanted and made a an excellent friend to boot. I will and have recommended her to everyone we know who wants to find a HOME. Thank you Jessica you are a true proffesional.
