Nikki represented us in both the sale of our home and purchase of the next one. I was impressed with her knowledge and her professionalism. Nikki was on time for all of our appointments and if not immediately available to take a call, called back very quickly. Our house went under contract on the first day! The purchase was a slightly different story, not in any way Nikki's fault. We dealt w/a very difficult seller's realtor and seller and Nikki literally took a verbal beating on more than one occasion. She handled it w/grace and professionalism and we were able to move forward w/both sale and purchase. I would call this experience, in many ways a "nightmare," and am thankful that we had Nikki on our side. My husband and I were ready to walk away many times, but Nikki helped us through the process while letting us know she was on our side, not out for her own gain. I would highly recommend Nikki whether for sale or purchase and if/when needed, will use her again. Can't say enough good things about her.
