This past year I decided to put my condo up for sale and referred to the reviews here on Zillow to find a realtor. Regretfully I chose Desiree who had positive reviews. My experience with her has been all but positive however. When we first started she helped to stage the property for sale and I was optimistic about this. Too bad it was all downhill from here. My contract was for 6 months and for 5 of the 6 months she was missing in action, she was unresponsive, offered no feedback, and showed no motivation to help sell my property. I would not recommend hiring her to sell your property. I hope my situation is an outlier but real estate is all about results and she did not deliver. In 6 months I had no sale and no feedback from her on how to get it sold. I only found out that my listing with her expired because I started getting contacted by other realtors. Bottom line I did feel at all like she cared about selling my property.
