Shelby and her team are hands down the best group you could possibly find when it comes to purchasing a home, especially if youre a first-time homebuyer. I obviously dont know what other realty teams are like from my lack of home-buying experience, but I dont have to to know how great Shelby is at her job! From the moment we met her, she made us feel important, listened to, and taken care of. She was nothing but friendly every time we interacted, answered all of our questions, was incredibly responsive, and was honestly the BEST advocate you could find. Being a first-time homebuyer is scary, but Shelby and her team made it feel so much more doable and realistic, even when we felt like we knew nothing. I could go on about how much we loved and appreciated working with Shelby, and Id recommend her over and over again!

Prior to choosing her to be my listing agent, I had known Shelby and the sweet and personable woman she is for many years. One of the biggest reasons why I chose her as my listing agent, aside from the aforementioned, is how strong of a presence she has in the real estate community and on social media. Shelby has a very unique set of skills that has built a solid foundation of trust and familiarity with NEO buyers and sellers. When I was just starting to get a feel for the market and considering selling, I reached out and she was quick to respond to my inquiry; providing comps, making a home visit, and giving me a breakdown of the current market standings were just the beginning of her efforts. Once I decided to list, she guided me through the best way to stage my home and hired a professional photographer (that she paid for!) to showcase my home. Considering the current pandemic, she also provided shoe covers and masks for showings. I was amazed that we received a full-price offer the night before we active (we were in aEURoecoming soonaEUR? which she encouraged and I'm glad I did it) and received multiple offers the first day of showings. Escrow had some hiccups on the buyers side which of course resulted in me stressing out like a mad woman, but Shelby communicated with me thoroughly and reassured me with each step. I can honestly say I felt she was in my corner 110% from start to end, and I'm glad I trusted her to guide me through this process.
