I was turned to Nancy by a friend. Knowing how he was, if she was good enough for him, I new I would be fine. We talked over the phone at the beginning, she asked the question you would hope she would ask, and then some I didn't even think about. She took a lot of information to fill in my criteria on what I wanted to buy. When finding homes on my portal, once in a while she would call up and tell me "This is not the greatest place to buy a home". I very much appreciated that....My process in finding a home was long and drawn out. She kept the faith for me when I was burnt out, tired of looking and getting beat out by someone else. Out of all that, Nancy's true skill shined when I found a couple that I liked. One of the things on my list of what I wanted, was the ability to sell the place if i had too. She would do a walk thru with me and pretty much pretend she was gonna buy it. What would she have to do to buy it, and sell it one day. Looking at the foundation walls was a big deal for me. She would spot one bowing, right away. Or she would just be honest and say "No way, not a good buy". Now I've never bought a home before. This is my first one. With the skills I've learned thru life. I can fix pretty much anything. I am confident in my abilities. I didn't want to have to fix anything to move in. Now, if you don't have the same skill sets I have, THIS IS WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN GOLD, otherwise I would have spent more money then I needed too in inspections on this home or that. She would see things right away, she new what to look for, as I was just walking around thinking about what color to paint the walls. She would tell me "You would need to fix this, this, and this". Some, i wasn't going to mess with and we would go onto the next one. Some home i wanted to look at...I swear from the pictures, they looked awesome. When we got to the home, they were CRRRRRREEEEEEPY. Ide look at her, Sorry for waisting your time, all I could say. She was completely cool with it. She just tell me it happens. When I finally found the home I wanted. The only thing she asked was...Do you really like this house or are you tired of looking? If I didn't really like that home, she was on board to still look and look with me. After that, She set it all up. We are going to ask for this thru that. This price, this much in CC. She took care of everything. Once we came to an agreement with the seller. She expected to close in 30 days. Once she got into lining everything up, it was way faster then 30 days. She took the time to see me, answer all my question, take my random text messages about this or that. My inexperence really blossomed thru the whole process, and with signing away my life for years to come. I asked a lot of questions. Now, I'm not saying you would have the exact experience that I had. BUT, you would be foolish not to talk to her and find out.
