Mike did good getting back to me but he gets aggravated when you ask too many question. I feel that is his job to answer all question asked as I'm the buyer investing a lot of money in a house from out of state and trusting him in good faith to get me the home and all the info I ask of him He tells me he is so busy and does 3 contracts a day. There are times I'll ask him about 3 houses a day and he does not like that. A house will come on the market and the same day he will tell me its pending, that happened often. If your that busy do not lead on a client on. Give the client to someone who is less busy. As that is unfair to the buyer. He then throws in my face I need to be more focus. I'm searching for the right home as I'm out state buying a home. I find mike get's to frustrated when you ask questions and does not give all the info needed. And is to busy to take on new clients. Also if your trying to buy a house it won't happen asap so you lose hope.

We have been working with Mike for the past 2 years. We have purchased 4 properties with Mike. As a 15 year real estate investor I can say that Mike is the best agent I have worked with. He has gone above and beyond what I consider an agents job description. For example. I currently live in NY. I recently purchased a property in Cape Coral through Mike that needed renovation. Being NY resident I did not know any contractors in the Cape Coral area. Mike connected me with a great contractor for the construction as well as a pool resurfacing contractor, roofer and cage repair contractor. He is basically managing the project for me making frequent visits to the property to make sure all the work is being done. None of this was required on his part. He did it voluntarily at no charge. Mike knows the Cape Coral, Fort Meyers and Naples markets very well and probably more that I don't know of. He is a great real estate agent and has also become a friend. We appreciate all the great work he has done for us!!!
