Mike is the full package. He's lived in Cape Coral for years and knows the area well. We had been in touch for a year while we were getting our home sold before we moved down, and he even did a few video walk-throughs for us in case we wanted to fly down quickly to make an offer. He always had great advice and perspective to offer. What's great is that Mike was a contractor, so he's able to quickly spot problems well before you decide to make an offer and go through an inspection. His knowledge about assessments and taxes in the Cape is priceless. He's available practically 24/7 if that's what you need, and he''ll jump through hoops to get you the house you want. He knew it when we found our dream house and while we were looking at other houses, he'd already made arrangements for us to return to that house the same day. We were under contract the next day and were able to close on time.

We contacted Mike to help us relocate from Ohio to Cape Coral permanently just recently. Mike was so helpful listened to our wants and needs.....showed us several homes and arranged quick showing for homes that we requested! We spent several days in June looking and found the perfect home with Mike! We returned to Ohio to pack and he was instrumental in helping us with the closing while we were on the road moving. Mike and Donna his wife helped with the utilities and who to call, mainly making sure we were ready to move in with out a hitch! We had some tile laid and Mike made sure all that was perfect! We can't say thank you enough for all the extra time he spent with us and making sure the home was ready for us! If you want a couple who has attention to detail they are top notch! I would highly recommend Mike and his wife Donna.
