Working with Jess was an absolute pleasure! As a first time home buyer in a very active real estate market, I did not know what I was getting myself into. Jess was a guiding light in helping my boyfriend and I find the right property to fit both our needs and budget. She faithfully checked listings, worked around our less than accommodating work schedules to show us multiple listing, answered all of our (endless) questions promptly and professionally, utilized her expertise to help us come up with a fair and reasonable offer, and always made sure we knew what was going on every step of the process. We couldn't have been luckier working with Jess to buy our forever home in New Jersey. She was INCREDIBLE! Personable, attentive, quick to respond, fun and knowledgeable are some of the adjectives I would use to describe Jess. Because we were three hours away from our desired location, Jess would vet houses for us before we would see them in-person - she would take videos, video chat us, write long summaries, etc. It was SUPER IDEAL!!Along with helping us buy a house in NJ, Jess also helped talk us through the stressful process we endured selling our NYC co-op. Even though she wasn't the agent on our co-op she was always willing to help and listen to me vent. She went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and successful. I would recommend Jess to anyone looking for a house in North Jersey.
