Sunita Bali was truly all-around excellent. From day 1, I was most impressed by how responsive she was, which truly shows she was just as invested as I was in getting an offer to sell our house. I'm looking back at our back and forth texts and emails/calls and Sunita has replied/called me back within 30-45 mins, I mean thats is incredibly quick. She knows exactly what she is doing and she would take care of your house as if the house is her own. In addition, she would visit the house multiple times in a day to make sure that the water is not running or the electricity is not turned on when there is no one present at the house. Sunita went Above AND Beyond to help me sell my house. If youre not sure of how to sell your house or buy, take suggestions from her thats what we did and whatever she had suggested us worked perfectly fine. I'm so beyond Grateful for everything she did for me in such a short time! She was extremely HAPPY to give all that extra help! We are looking forward to buy our new house with her. Sunita Bali, my realtor, helped me sell and purchase property in Montgomery County, Maryland and I would highly recommend her professional services to anyone seeking a realtor. She was attentive to my concerns, responsive to any questions or tasks that needed to be completed as we progressed through the process. Ms. Bali effectively staged my departure property, which was one among many facets of her expertise resulting in full listing price in the sale my property. She achieved a price point on the higher end compared with the multiple properties for sale in the neighborhood. Door to door she would go, within the neighborhood promoting my property to garner interest; also using social media to showcase as well. Every weekend she or a team member would host an open house, where signage was carefully placed throughout the neighborhood and also along the main road. Ms. Bali also hosted a Broker's open to help create a buzz with other realtors. Negotiations went smoothly and Ms. Bali helped to facilitate that process and solidify a sound contract. She even helped me organize movers in a pinch to which I am very appreciative of. I can confidently say that Sunita incessantly works in her client's favor, gently suggesting guidance without demanding the client relinquish control of the process. She ensures that the client is comfortable with the process and is in the driver's seat at all times. She was attentive, patient, and always available when we needed her. She was great at explaining things and really worked hard to help us through the home buying process. Sunita knows what she is doing. we had some road bumps on the way, but Sunita handled all the hindrances beautifully by negotiating with all the parties. Her knowledge about the house anatomy is recommendable. she negotiates and advocates aggressively for the interest of her clients. She negotiated the best possible terms for us. Sunita was so wonderful! She was so prompt to answer any questions we had and met all of our expectations. we just adore her and are so thankful for all her hard work. I have never heard of another agent with skills like Sunita.
