Todd was our agent for selling our lake home, and he was fantastic throughout the entire process! I don't normally write reviews, and I have generally high standards with regard to services I receive. But I was motivated to write this review because Todd really excels at his profession! He was expertly familiar with the market, and he used comprehensive statistics as well as experience to guide us regarding proper pricing, expectations, timing, and what we could do to maximize marketability. Todd went above and beyond throughout the process, including advertising our home, checking on it for us, coordinating with buyer agents, keeping us well-informed, and advising us on decisions. And, he stayed on top of everything after we had a contract, right up through closing, including follow-up afterward as well. On top of everything else, Todd is a really great person too. We couldn't have been happier!
