I would like to start by saying how lucky my family and I were to meet such an amazing individual. Lance not only helped us in our search but gave us great advice and insight. We have never been house hunting before and werent sure of the many things to look out for but Lance as the professional he is guided us every bit of the way. He responded to all calls, emails, questions whether big or small he was always there for us. He was very knowledgeable of all the properties and his intuitions were 100% on point every time. He always looked out for our best interests, keeping us away from nightmare properties, and pointing things that we would never have seen on our own. When we found our dream we were on a very tight time restraint and he was able to accomadate our needs and negotiations within the time frame he was given. He ended up saving us thousands from the asking price. He not only was our realtor but became a friend during the whole process.
