Neida Cazares was/is a consummate professional who put my husband and I at ease right away by listening first as we described our situation and hoped-for outcome by phone then showing us how well she had grasped it all at our first meeting. As we looked at home showings Neida let us do the rapid-fire out-loud commentary then took the reigns of translating these into notes and questions for the seller. Though we didnt buy then when it came time to sell our place I didnt hesitate to choose Neida to represent us and we couldnt be happier that we did now that our home sold the first week. We got roughly 10 offers in 5 days! I attribute much of this to Neidas strong knowledge and accurately pin-pointing the right price for our home.
