Being the first time conventional home buyer, I had no idea what the process was, but what I knew was that I had limited assets, great expectations and a lot of fear from the horror and painful stories I had heard regarding home buying process. Two of my friends at work had shared their difficulties and pains they had to go through with whole process, it seemed too much and I was ready to quit before even starting. Melinda was referred to me by the word of mouth from SO MANY happy and satisfied home owners. When I first met her, her personality, her energy was so welcoming and great. She sat with me and explained everything to me, she was prepared and supportive. Because of my situation, securing the amount of loan I needed for my house was hard. She wouldnt give up, she searched and searched, and I got the result I wanted. Throughout the whole process I Knew Melinda had my back, she went above and beyond my expectation. She even caught an error in the closing documents that no one else saw that saved me a bunch of money. She knew what she was doing at all time and it made me feel safe being with her, the feeling of trust that, I am in good and safe hand. She made the process as painless as possible for me, she was there all the time ready to answer my hundred thousand questions so patiently and with so much knowledge. Melinda knew what was going on at all times in the closing process so I was confident she wasnt going to let me miss any deadlines and we ended up finalizing in great time with great interest rate. Through this whole process I gained SO MUCH, a beautiful home, peace of mind and the pleasure to be acquainted with a great, caring and knowledgeable person who would go above and beyond to do what she can to make the process of home buying painless and great. No matter how hard we try, we know there will be no words to fully express our gratitude for everything Melinda Aghassi did to make this home purchase happen so quickly and go so smoothly. She managed to make all this happen while dealing with a very challenging seller's agent and poorly operated escrow company. Melinda is exceptionally diligent and hardworking; she is very cheerful even during intense work schedules. Not only have we gained a life long realtor, but even much more than that we've gained a life long friend.
