Al was highly recommended by two family members based on their experiences buying and selling Middletown area homes. After meeting with him about our plan to list the house, I knew I wanted him to be the listing agent. I was impressed with Al's knowledge and professionalism at each step of the home selling process. He has his finger on the pulse of the local market and provided guidance at each step--from pricing the house, informing decision making after multiple offers, and communicating with the buyers agent. The selling process was a bit more complex as it was the result of a property settlement agreement from a divorce. He was a bright spot despite the challenge and helped to make the process as efficient as possible. There is not one aspect of the home selling process that his involvement didn't make a more pleasant experience. I give him my highest recommendation without reservation.

I cannot express how wonderful it was to work with Jennifer. Her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise is apparent from the moment we met her. When we were selling our townhouse, she did her homework before we met and gave us her opinion on what a good listing price of our home was after walking through our home and seeing the updates we put in. She guided us through our pending offers explaining the pros and cons of each offer so we could make an informed decision.When buying our new home, she would point out pros and cons of each home, and things to consider.
