Ralph has many years experience selling homes and was particularly knowlegable about our neighborhood in Bartlett. His suggestions on staging our home and setting a selling price were key to our ability to sell in a couple months. He was extremely flexible working with us because we had renters in the home we were selling. Although this created additional issues for him and us in trying to sell, show, and arrange appointments he was very calm and patient with us. Since we were living in St. Louis, communication was key and he made himself available to us 24/7. Ralph provided excellent advice during every step in the selling process, is an expert in negotiations, and followed through until the final moment of the closing. He even allowed our renters to borrow his moving truck the day of their move.
