From our initial meeting, Ralph proved himself more than any and all the other realtors I interviewed and also worked with in the past (which I fired many because they were all out for themselves) that he would be the one I would trust with my biggest asset. He was very thorough and knowledgable in every aspect. From our multiple conversations and my natural hesitation with realtors in general, he displayed respect, patience, guidance, professionalism and most of all understanding of what my needs were and how we can meet my goal. He is very attentive and quick to respond and very fair. He is naturally a good hearted person and seriously I can not say enough good about this man. Of course the bottom line, he sold my house within 18 days for more than my "magic number". He will always be my realtor and highly recommended. I am the type of person that it takes a lot to impress me and I will be the first to complain about it. However, when I see talent and genuine good in someone in this crazy industry, I will be the first to give a compliment. When it is earned.

Mary is an exceptional realtor because her patience exceeded ours as she kept showing us houses and we kept finding small things we didn't like. And she was learning in the process more about us, our likes and dislikes. She never gave in or give up in coming up with properties that came closer and closer to what we wanted. And then it happened. We found the property we loved. She came up with a fair value of the property and saved me from making a higher offer than was needed. It worked and we got it for lower that I was prepared to go. Mary is very resourceful. No realtor can have all the answers to all the properties.
