Mary Myzia came to us as a referral because we live out of state and had been asked to sell the property of a relative. She stepped up and started working on it from Day One, to get the property ready for sale, to have outstanding pictures taken, to determine a realistic asking price , and to get it listed in a timely manner. She went on to bring several (many) offers to our table, (at numbers higher than we ever anticipated) and work through them all for the best opportunity. When one of the Buyers changed their mind halfway through the process, she did not blink but immediately renewed the listing and found us an equally acceptable offer. Throughout this entire period we were in Ohio and made zero trips to manage this process. She is skilled at all aspects of technology and documentation and can accomplish them remotely which saved us much time and money. She worked through inspections, repairs, negotiations, snow removal, grass cutting and COVID, all in our absence and obtained outstanding results. It is hard to quantify the value I place on her many years of experience, but we would readily recommend her to anyone having property for sale. We only wish we had something else to sell as she was a delight to work with. AAAAA+++++ , Five Stars and Two Snaps Up!

From our initial meeting, Ralph proved himself more than any and all the other realtors I interviewed and also worked with in the past (which I fired many because they were all out for themselves) that he would be the one I would trust with my biggest asset. He was very thorough and knowledgable in every aspect. From our multiple conversations and my natural hesitation with realtors in general, he displayed respect, patience, guidance, professionalism and most of all understanding of what my needs were and how we can meet my goal. He is very attentive and quick to respond and very fair. He is naturally a good hearted person and seriously I can not say enough good about this man. Of course the bottom line, he sold my house within 18 days for more than my "magic number". He will always be my realtor and highly recommended. I am the type of person that it takes a lot to impress me and I will be the first to complain about it. However, when I see talent and genuine good in someone in this crazy industry, I will be the first to give a compliment. When it is earned.
