Cyndi was fantastic to work with. We were looking to relocate and had a limited time frame to look at properties. Cyndi helped us narrow down what kind of properties and areas would be best based on what we were looking for. She spent a lot of time with us and after a few heartbreaks of losing out on some properties, we found our new home. Because it was a new build and we were out of town, Cyndi stopped by the property every week and took pictures and videos and communicated with us every step of the way so we could watch the progress. She stayed in contact with the building supervisor to ensure everything was being done well so we could close on time. And she was with us on the walk through to make sure any last minute things would be addressed. Cyndi is very knowledgable of the area and has given us many helpful recommendations from places to eat and shop to the best parking at the beach. If you are looking to buy a home in the area, I highly recommend Cyndi. You won't be disappointed!
