We started off with a different realtor and we were not getting results after 45 days on the market, so we decided to switch to Manda based on a recommendation from a friend. My friend actually recommended 2 realtors, but she called Manda a "shark" and that is exactly how I knew she was the realtor I wanted! She contacted me shortly after I called her and I told her we had "x" amount of money to spend to get things ready and that was it. She made recommendations that were minimal such as a small amount of staging, moving the realtor key and a few other small things that made a big difference. She had our house sold in approximately 2 weeks and guided us through the entire process of negotiating the price through the inspection and closing. She is an expert and knows exactly what to do in the negotiations process. Manda always texted and/or returned my phone calls promptly. I STRONGLY recommend her.
