My husband and I just purchased our second home with Mark and sold our house with Mark. Our experience was nothing but smooth. This was our first time selling a home, and Mark helped guide us through the whole process, and helped us get a lot more for our house than we originally thought possible. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and how it was changing so we were able to list our house at the right time and maximize our sale.This was our second time buying through Mark, and he was always very responsive with helping us find what we wanted, and working with us on times to go see houses. The house we eventually bought we were able to go see the day it came out, and jump on it before anyone else had a chance to look at it or make an offer, so we found the perfect house for us.I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with Mark throughout the entire process of buying and selling, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor to represent them, whether it is buying or selling.
