We were truly blessed to have Connie Kappert as our agent. We had purchased a house in Tennessee and then we knew we had to circle back and sell our house in Illinois. She was referred to us by our Tennessee agent and it was pure serendipity. Frankly, we won the Realtor Lottery when Connie agreed to help us sell our Illinois house. She came out quickly, evaluated the house, recommended a selling price and we signed a listing agreement. We had the home sold in about three weeks. She knew the market, she knew interest rates were low, and she knew that there was a lot of demand for a home with acreage like ours. We signed all of our documents electronically except for the closing items because we wanted to do that in person. Connie did a great job marketing our home within her circle of professionals and although it appeared as a "Coming Soon" home, it never really spent much time as a listing. First family that looked at the house eventually made the offer for higher than our asking price and it was sold. We kept in contact by e-mail and text. If I had another house to sell in Illinois, I would beg her to sell it for us!
