When it came to buying my first house I knew right where to look. Not because I have known Dakota for more than 8 now, but because of his integrity. I have family members in the real estate community and it still never crossed my mind to go anywhere else. Before I was a client of his we would discuss his passion for buying and selling homes. That is another reason I looked to him. Once I was a client he went over and beyond to help me find my perfect home. I was all over the place with location, timing, and just about everything else. He stuck with me and helped me find what was right for me. I will never forget him telling me that he would help me as if he were purchasing a home for himself. That shown to be true on so many occasions. I would tell my friends and family, "He could have sold me on a few different houses already." The key there is that he didnt.. He would be honest and straight forward as to why he would pass and kept telling me we will find the right one. Finally we did! I could not be happier with the house or my realtor.
