Mary was friendly and easy to work with during the entire stressful process of house hunting. We started not knowing much what we wanted for a house except for the fact that we needed space & a town to put down roots. That's not a lot for a realtor to work with. Mary went about drawing out our likes, dislikes, & wishes in an easy manner-- firm but kind, driven without being pushy, intuitive but never imposing. She got to know us & along the way we got to know ourselves as to what we really wanted & which direction to go to in terms of type of town, type of house, financial parameters we could work in, & location within town. Searching for a house is not stressful if one knows what to look for. We didn't. Mary's professionalism and tremendous talent lies in her ability to comprehend & deal with family situations & dynamics then get their needs & dreams squared down to a perfect fit: town, location & house. This she did while having a good time. It was obvious she liked what she was doing, liked looking at houses, see possibilities---all positive energy rubbing in to the whole process. We found a town, home & location that's perfect for us, way beyond our expectation. Thanks Mary.

Mary is a PHENOMENONAL real estate agent. She is truly knowledgeable in ALL areas and steps to buying a house. She's so well rounded and really understands what you're looking for and is determined to find exactly that. Mary is not the typical agent pressing you to buy just anything. She took her time with us for MONTHS until we found what we loved. Mary works with a great team of people part of the home buying process. She recommended a great lender and a list of great attorneys. Mary always made sure to make herself available for us when we needed to talk to her. She gave us tons of advice as we are young and this is our first home. Mary did everything in her power to make us happy throughout it all. If it weren't for Mary, I'm not sure where I would be right now. She made the dreadful experience with our sellers SO bearable. I can say confidently that I've found an amazing confidant throughout this entire journey with Mary. She was always very honest with us and had an amazing eye for things others may not notice.
