Erin Taylor is an excellent realtor with a keen knowledge base of the Pittsburgh real estate market, especially all points north of the city. Erin is a smart and honest professional who works tirelessly to keep his clients satisfied. Erin showed my wife and I numerous homes (20 or so) in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. Due to the North Hills competitive market, we bid on 3 homes before finally getting our dream home. During the entire home search, Erin was prompt with setting up viewing appointments, quick to answer any and all questions, and made sure we were immediately notified of listed houses that fit our criteria. One of the qualities that I appreciated the most in Erin was that he never tried to aEURoeoversellaEUR? us on any properties; Erin stuck to our limits and found us the house we wanted. Erin's not pushy, very patient (showing 20 homes) with a aEURoekeep-your-chin-upaEUR? attitude, and very understanding of what we wanted/needed in a home.
