As first time home buyers, we were naturally anxious and nervous in our pursuit of the real estate market. To add to our nerves, we were looking for our first home during the pandemic. Matt INSTANTLY took these fears away and made it as stress free as possible for us. His guidance and advice throughout the entire process allowed us to buy with confidence even during these trying times. It didnt matter what time of day it was, Matt made himself available to answer all of our many questions. He continued to keep the line of communication as just open even after we closed on our home as we navigated being new home owners.
