Shannon was recommended to us by a friend and from the very beginning we knew she was a perfect fit for us on our search for our home. Shannon was helpful during the entire process from our initial meeting to talk about our needs and her role for us all the way till closing. Shannon was always very responsive and let us know if there was ever a time where she would be unavailable so we knew she wasn't ignoring us. I have dealt with realtors before that only see their goal as getting people into the most expensive house their lenders will allow but Shannon was willing to show us anything we wanted. During our walkthroughs she was very knowledgeable and was willing to give her opinion when asked and was ready to point out red flags about houses so that we were aware before we made any decisions. When we found the house we wanted she was super helpful with the end process from making an offer all the way to closing. If we had a question she had the answer. She helped calm our stressed out nerves many times and helped reassure us that we were making a good choice. She made this a wonderful experience and we will be recommending her every time someone is looking for a realtor.
