I cannot recommend Kelly enough. My husband and I were first time home buyers with a young son and Kelly went above and beyond for us. We were looking to buy during a very competitive time and Kelly was always super responsive, readily available and ended up doing double the work because we purchased a home that was a sale by owner. We ended up needing to do some last minute negotiations and Kelly made it happen. We would not have been able to do it without Kelly's expertise and guidance. He was always honest with us, we never felt pressure from him to buy a house that wasn't exactly what we wanted, and he was consistently sharing his knowledge about neighborhoods, local taxes, school districts, etc. By the end of the process, Kelly felt like a trusted friend. When we have future real estate needs, Kelly will be the first person we call!

After being in contract on three properties with Kelly and closing on one, I can't say enough good things about this guy. I moved here from NY almost a year ago, and until I met him, except for a couple of others, all of the agents and brokers I had met were apathetic at best and lazy at worst. It was next to impossible to even get an agent or broker to call back when I had contacted them on THEIR OWN listings LOL! Not only is Kelly extremely proactive, but he is also extremely reliable, always does what he says he is going to do, is impeccable with follow up even when you forget, never complains, is always positive and gracious, and goes well beyond what is customary and expected of a real estate agent such as doing extra research on a property that you didn't even ask for or reaching out to people and/or local agencies to find more and better information for you. Not only that, but he is also a real estate investor himself, making him not just a run of the mill real estate salesperson, but personally educated and intimately knowledgeable on the bottom line. I've already referred him to my mom, my best friend, and my contractor, two of which are already in contract. I will never use another agent in the Pittsburgh area!
