To call Dorothy Kelly a consummate professional would be an understatement. I started working with Dorothy after my sister had chosen her to sell our mother's house since she recently passed. I only had an adjacent lot to my mother's, but Dorothy gave it her full attention, as though it were the king's land in days of old.Even before I contracted with her, she gave me a number of comparisons, when they sold, how long on the market, how much they sold for, and available competitive inventory.Since I could tell she did her homework, I felt confident in her abilities to sell my property. I listed with her and she set about meticulously marketing the property in ways I had never considered.Her experience in the negotiating process was amazing, she was able to nudge the buyer up without scaring them off, all the while keeping me realistic based on prior sales of similar property.I would recommend her not only anyone wishing to sell a property, but to any Realtor that would like to learn the best practices that their real estate agents should follow.
