We met Alexis Wolf at a wedding and instantly liked her. When we told her we were thinking of relocating from out of state to Portland, she followed-up with us when we were ready to start our real estate search. Alexis is a champion. She organized several house tours for us when we came to town, showing us an abundance of homes based on information we shared with her. She did not take us to see homes that did not match what we wanted to see. She optimizes (not wastes) your time. She always had a back pocket property to show us, too. We toured and toured homes until we found the perfect match, and we just took possession of our dream home thanks to her graceful diligence. Alexis never tired of showing and re-showing us homes. It is obvious she loves her job. Alexis is one of the best communicators we have worked with, not just in this real estate transaction, but overall, including our many years of professional work. She gets back to you! She is honest, smart, fun, knows the area, and is the true pro. We can't say enough about how great she is and how working with her is pure joy. She is a relationship builder, not just a transactional agent. She makes you feel like you are her only client. We had loads of above and beyond needs during our work with Alexis since we were locating out of state. She always got the tasks done, with a smile and constant check in with updates. After a terrible experience with a realtor we found through Redfin who told us we could never find a house that we loved in our budget we set out to find someone who would support us. We got referrals from co-workers as well as our mortgage loan officer, scoured the internet for realtor interview questions, and set out to find the best person.Alexis was the first realtor we met with after we ditched our first realtor and by about halfway through our list of questions my parter and I were in love with her. We did our due diligence and met with the other people two, but Alexis was definitely the right fit for us.Alexis was focused on our needs and our budget. She never showed us anything that was completely off base. We are first time home buyers and given our small budget it did take quite a few showings to find the right place, but she never gave up on us or made us feel like we were wasting her time.Due to buying a foreclosure our closing process was arduous to say the least, but Alexis had excellent references for inspectors, she was extremely communicative and kept us in the loop every step of the way, and she was always available when we needed her (which was often).We will 110% use Alexis when we are ready to sell and find another home and in the mean time we will continue to sing her praises and pass her name on to anyone looking for a home.
