Kathy Ball is awesome!! Detail oriented, patient, friendly and with extensive knowledge of the real estate market and trends in Mobile, Kathy is an excellent Realtor! I have dealt with many realtors in my life and I can honestly say Kathy's professionalism and committment to do the best job she can is unmatched. My husband is active duty military and we were transferred to Mobile, Alabama. I was nervous about the move as I knew nothing about the area. I chose Kathy Ball from an ad on the internet and I am so lucky I did!! She is familiar with every neighborhood, sub division, school, hospital, restaurant and shopping area in and around Mobile. Kathy was able to answer all of our questions relative to the purchase of our new home quickly and clearly. She gave us excellent direction and advice at a time when we needed it most.
