When we first decided to look for a home we had a different realtor, we were not fond of. Nothing seemed to be working out. One day my mother told me to just call this lady My mother found on Zillow, and get her opinion on some things. When I called Kathy, she was honest, and thats what we were looking for. We had no clue what we were doing as first time buyers, we didnt even know what type of loan we had. But when I spoke with Kathy, she asked a few questions and said give her 10 minutes, she knew everything there was to know and what we needed to do! I was so impressed, right then and there we knew we wanted her as our Realitor! We had a hard time with our mortgage trying to get paperwork work together and at the last minute. Id call Kathy, and she was right there on top of it, Kathy was handling everything, right then and there. There was no waiting around a few hours with Kathy, she always would call me as soon as she knew something, she was always there for us, even there when I was balling my eyes out upset worried. Kathy, stayed on the phone with me. She puts 110% into her job plus more. When someone goes that extra mile for you it makes a huge difference and Kathy, not only goes that extra mile but she makes a difference. I'm so proud I made that call to her that day!! We highly recommend Kathy Ball, to anyone
