My wife and I were very happy to meet Patrick at an open house. We have previously been looking with other agents but never connected with anyone. The moment we met Patrick we knew this was our guy! Patrick was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, available, but never pushy. He lets you know shortcomings to the house or location right upfront and I never felt uncomfortable to let him know that a house wasnt right. When the time came to make an offer on a house, Patrick was spot on with amounts and negotiations. Other realtors we dealt with told us dont waste time with offers under asking. With Patrick, he would come right out and say that the asking price is a little high or come in with an offer of this and they will probably counter with that. He was always spot on, but again was never pushy. If we put in an offer and the seller countered and it didn't feel right for us, Patrick was fine with us walking away. He never made it feel like we were wasting his time, like other realtors we have dealt with.My wife and I couldnt be happier working with Patrick and were extremely happy to find the right house with him. Both of our parents immediately recognized that Patrick is great, and we couldnt give a higher recommendation for any other realtor.
