My husband selected Chelsea based off of her great reviews but our experience was vastly different and would never recommend her to anyone else. She only cares about her reviews and getting her commission but not really who she is working for. Proof is in the ignored texts and calls but had the audacity to send a mass text to me asking to give her a good review on Zillow so she would win some awards (her words).We met with Chelsea on a Thursday and was told our house would be on the market the next Monday so that the high end marketing team that we had to pay an extra $400 for could come take pictures on Friday and get processed. It took 3 hours to take the pictures and then they asked for an additional day to get us on the market. Ok but then Tuesday comes and goes so on Wednesday we call Chelsea and she had forgotten us. Didn't realized we weren't listed yet - what kind of an agent doesn't realize they haven't listed the property! So it still takes 2 more days at which point we are sent the pictures and write up to review. We had an amazing mountain view not captured in the pictures and the write up was lacking. Photographer was supposed to come back out and take new pictures but that never happened. Again it took a week for our house to be listed because we were forgotten. We managed to get an offer within a week of listing but that had nothing to do with Chelsea or the Venturi Team. In fact Chelsea took on our house knowing she was immediately going on vacation so she actually was not even around during the negotiations, someone else from the team did those. After going into contract everything almost fell through because our agent was not responsive and timely to the buyers agent. Thank goodness for the buyers agent because they could have walked due to failure to respond by due dates. Oh and after the first weekend we were finally on the market I asked for an open house and Chelsea said no she doesn't do those. I was very confused because I thought I'm eventually paying you thousands and thousands of dollars and are you not trying to sell my house? Thankfully our house sold and we felt the negotiations went great but again Chelsea was not involved in that part. She is a very nice person but we did not feel she was very invested in us, example when she asked me if I really needed her to be there at closing.

She was on top of everything respective to her Job as a Realtor, and ensured that all parties were on the same page at the same time. The team she works with are also excellent and professional.What really sets Jody apart from others is quite simple. She cares about ... and for ... her clients. Jody went so far above and beyond her role as Realtor, often taking upon herself burdens for her clients that otherwise couldn't get completed. She truly rescued me from a very difficult situation, and guided me through an even more difficult ending. She was patient, kind, and above everything ... Selfless and Committed to her client. She treated me as if I truly was the most important part of her life. WOW!!Thank you for everything Jody ... I would not have survived this without you. You Da Bom!!!
