Patty did a great job in selling mobile home in just five days. However, the closing was contingent on the buyer selling their home. When that was done, I never heard from Patty again. She sent her associate, Mark to help prepare for the closing on Friday, December 27, 2019. He totally screwed up the fire and carbon monoxide detector set up with the electrician walking away with two brand new hardwired detectors that I had paid $52.98 each for. They I was informed the day before the closing that I needed to remove a couch from my home. You people need to keep there clients informed so they can be prepared. My wife and I cannot drive and we need to depend on others to get around. The attorney who handed the closing also has a serious problem with access for disabled clients. The attorney had to go out to my daughters car to sign the paper work for the closing.
