Here's my story ( the short version)My husband and I originally met Patty as we were renovating/flipping our first house. We instantly knew she was the one to sell it. She is very knowledgable and personable. It was sold in 2 weeks, this being in 2009, when the market had just bottomed out. Since then she has helped us buy and sell 3 more. The last house we sold was on the market for about a day before going under contract! So what does one do when they sell a house in a day? They obviously go on vacation to South America. While we were away there was a problem with the upcoming closing (of course not on Patty's end). Yet she worked the entire thing out, contacting us daily with status updates. She got it done, she got it sold. She's the BEST! She makes the whole process effortless. Always easy to contact and really goes above and beyond. Bottom line-she's a great person and she's the realtor to have!

I cannot say enough good things about our home buying experience with Patty. We were absolutely blown away by the amount time she spent with us in our search. She was always a phone call or email away and thought nothing of spending an entire day with us looking at multiple homes in several different areas. Not once did she make us feel pressured or rushed to make a decision, but instead helped us to be more patient in making sure we picked a home we felt good about. Prior to finding Patty, we worked with a couple of different agents who just didnt make us feel like we were a prirotity to them at all. These experiences were discouraging to say the least, but in the end only made us appreciate Patty even more, as she made us feel like we were VIP customers at all times.
