I was so hesitant to use a real estate agent to find a tenant for my property after a bad experience in the past. And then I found David on this very website. From my first phone call to him I could tell he was going to be a gem. While many other agents I called had full voicemail boxes, David's voicemail message actually said the day's date. He later told me he wakes up every morning and records a brand new voice mail message for that exact purpose. Talk about attention to detail.And that's the kind of professional David is. He is patient, thorough, and attentive to what your specific needs are. He treats you like you are his only client even though he is (surely) extremely busy because of how good he is. On top of all of that, he knows his market extremely well. I came to him expecting to rent my property for far less money, and with far less of a security deposit then I ultimately got. David aimed very high, but with a willingness to make any small adjustments to the price needed to ensure that the property was rented quickly. David answered my initial my skepticism with his manner, but more importantly with his results. He found me a really qualified tenant within just a few weeks - no easy feat given my relatively high standards. Overall he exceeded my wildest expectations. Before I met David I could never have imagined myself using an agent to find a tenant again. Now I can't imagine finding a tenant again without HIM!

We shopped to buy a house for close to 2 years and worked with Mela for over 1.5 years (to be fair, we're very picky). Mela was always very patient and stuck with us throughout the whole process. She was always available when we had questions and always made time to get us in to see houses we thought we might like (or set up to have colleagues meet us a couple of times she was away at a conference). When we found the home we purchased, Mela helped us work out negotiated items in the home to be included in our offer as well as credits towards bringing a couple of small issues to code. Once our offer was accepted, Mela helped guide us through the process and was very thorough in her coordination of the deal between the seller's agent, our lender, and the attorneys. Our attorney even made a comment about how thorough and on the ball she was. Mela is very familiar with our area. After closing, she provided us with a list of restaurants and things to do in the area to give us a head start on exploring our new town which we're excited about! We don't plan on doing this again anytime soon, but when we do, we would definitely work with her again! Thanks, Mela!
