An unforeseen health crisis required me to assume legal authority of my family members affairs and sale of the house in Carlisle. Not being familiar with the area, I needed an honest, experienced professional expert for advice, assistance, and services. I asked around. A respected individual in another profession referred me to Bob Eisenlauer. This proved to be fortunate. Bob is very personable, clear spoken with a sense of humor. He provided valuable insight about the local market, trends, and lessons learned. His straight talk and recommendations for actions to prep the house for sale, including pros and cons, was invaluable to balance my expense versus benefit decisions. His knowledge and network of local trades and services saved me much time and avoided headaches. Since I was out of State during the prep for sale, Bob and his Team were my eyes on site to check the trades progress, and he communicated items to me for decision when needed.
