Triada is AMAZING! We signed up with her and another realtor as a team to help us find our first house. Unfortunately the other realtor had to step away for a while due to a medical emergency. But Triada stepped up and worked her magic! She sent us houses to look at, was available at a moment's notice, answered our ignorant first-time-homebuyers questions with patience, and when it finally came time to make an offer, she was quick and assertive. She got us the house while we were on the road to vacation! Professionalism and work ethic aside, Triada is a fun and warm personality who is an absolute joy to work with. There are some things that she was still new to (we were her 3rd sale, I think?), so off the bat she might not have been able to answer our questions or provide the important information about the house... BUT if she didn't know the answer to something, she would either do her research or ask for help from a more senior Realtor. In time, she was able to answer all of our questions.If you're looking for a Realtor who will make house hunting FUN, but also work her a** off finding you the perfect house, she's your gal.
