We needed help in selling a vacant Bent Creek area home after urgently relocating/moving a 93 year old grandparent from Asheville, NC to Charlotte, NC area. We contacted several agents on short notice, and Toby promptly met us at the home, literally while we were clearing the house, donating contents, and filling a dumpster in preparations for sale!
