From our initial meeting all the way through the closing, we had a fantastic experience working with Brian in the purchase of our first home! During our first meeting he took time to explain paperwork, forms, and processes we'd be seeing throughout the home buying experience so there were no surprises when the time to buy was upon us. This proved to be helpful because when we found the home we wanted things moved fasssst! He was able to schedule a showing the very day the house we loved went on the market. We saw the home at 6:00 pm and put in an offer. Brian went to work right away (yes this same evening) and by 11:15 pm that night we learned the sellers accepted our offer!!! We'd only met Brian 8 days prior and we already have our home! Brian was absolutely timely, responsive, and knowledgeable in all matters. We don't know what all goes on behind the scenes, but he took care of everything and provided us with excellent direction when we did need to take action. It was easy on our end. We closed on a Thursday and he called the following Monday to reach out and ask if we needed anything. Exceptional experience - enjoyable and exciting actually!! We love our home and are thankful to Brian for making it happen!
