As a young first-time home buyer in a new state, my realtor Shawn Kelley did a fantastic job! He was professional, knowledgeable about the housing market and an all-around personable guy! He was very knowledgeable about the area, and gave great advice for communities that would be smart for my commute to work. He has a great network of people that he works with and made the home buying process extremely easy. He put together a combination of homes that were comparable to my first pick and those homes were just as great. He gave sound advice when unexpected situations came up, and we always came out on top! All my questions were answered promptly, and I feel as a new home owner I am now very educated on the home buying process. I'm so happy with my new home! When buying another home comes up in my future, he will be the guy to call.
