I first asked for Nick Carras's real estate help when my family needed to sell my parents' house in Massachusetts in 2005. I was confident Nick could recommend someone there who would be good, and I was not disappointed. The house sold quickly for a good price, and our agent was great.A few years later, my husband and I were considering moving to a shiny new house rather than invest in our 1963 home, and I called Nick. With his intimate knowledge of Frederick Co, and also listening closely to our wants/needs, he showed us numerous homes, all good possibilities, making us feel like we were the only clients he had. In the end, knowing us well, he gently encouraged us to stay put and modernize our existing home. BEST choice EVER! Rather than push for a sale, he considered only what was best for us. A few more years: We needed to help a family member sell a townhome and then buy another house. Once again, Nick's expansive knowledge and expertise in real estate made everything go smoothly. He knew exactly what needed to be done (or not done), how to do it efficiently, and how to minimize the stress for us, his clients. Most recently, in 2017 we needed his professional services to again sell a house for a family member. It was a tough sell for several reasons, but Nick was there for us. With his years of accumulated knowledge and his determination, persistence, and personal attention to getting this house sold, we succeeded! As was the case in previous sales, he made us feel like we were his only clients, and his time was our time. With each purchase or sale, Nick walked us through the piles of financial paperwork and legal necessities seamlessly. I only hope that he does not decide to retire before I decide to sell my house, whenever that may be. I trust him completely and know from experience that he will do everything possible to see that my best interests are protected.

I wanted to share my thoughts on the recent sale of our home in the Glenbrook Subdivision of Middletown. When we decided to sell our home, we chose Nick because he expertly navigated our earlier transaction for us in 2000. Nick brings extensive experience in working in the Middletown / Myersville real estate market. We greatly appreciated the one-on-one working relationship we received from Nick and his accessibility and responsiveness were Superb! I am aware of the complicated nuances of listing and selling a home. Nick was always available and responsive to ensure that every step of our sale process was efficient and non-stressful. The icing on the cake, is that our home sale generated multiple offers, and with Nicks pricing and negotiating acumen, we closed at a price, well above any other past sales of a similar home in the neighborhood! If we could give Nick 100 stars, we certainly would!!!!
