We hired Lars to sell our first home in St. Paul. We were on a tight timeline as we needed to sell our current home before buying our new home. Lars worked quickly and effectively to get our home listed within two weeks of our first meeting. He scheduled a interior design stager to visit our home to ensure we had it set up to attract the most buyers. A week later, our house was on the market. My husband and I were out of town and Lars came by at the end of the first day of showings to make sure all lights were off, and everything was ready for the next busy day of showings. To our excitement, we received two offers on the first day on the market! Lars advised us on the best strategy in accepting an offer. We ran into Lars by chance at an open house. We didn't have a realtor and were kinda winging it and looking to buy our first home. I asked him if he was able to answer some questions I had on the home buying process, and he said he was happy to help. We talked for maybe an hour, taking breaks from conversation as others toured the home. He was professional the entire time and we decided to ask if he would like to help us out in searching for a home. From the get go Lars went above and beyond what we had expected. He looked into properties we asked about, he always had information when needed, and never showed any signs of frustration. I mention that as I know I probably asked things of the guy that would've frustrated me. He was patient and supportive throughout the process. We had a short window to get an offer accepted and he was willing to walk multiple properties with us, setting up travel paths, and sometimes extending into the evening. He never complained or canceled, nor did he rush any walkthrough we took. He was always patient and professional. After getting an offer accepted he was able to get every request we made be corrected on the property taken care of, and got us the price we asked, saving us a little cash! At closing he brought us these amazing cinnamon rolls, which were a great treat our first night here. I would recommend Lars to anybody and already have.
