I've known Wendy for a long time but we didn't get the chance to work together until now. I have been renting for the past three years and hadn't gone through the home purchasing process in almost 20 years. When the opportunity arose for me to look for a home, I could only think of one person..Wendy. Due to me not having been in this position for quite some time but also because of COVID-19, I needed someone that could navigate through my inexperience but also find the house I was looking for during a pandemic. We looked at the home on a Thursday and my offer was accepted on the following Saturday. During this time, Wendy held my hand and advised me and kept me informed, from the offer to the acceptance. All this while obviously working with other clients, she made me feel helping me find my home was her priority just as much as it was mine. They say that you always want to do business with those that treat you as if they were providing the same service for you as they would for a family member. I'm home now, not just because Wendy is a great realtor, but because she treated me like family. And family looks out for one another and that's exactly what Wendy did for me. Thank you Wendy!!!
