My wife and I had not bought a house before and we were hoping to find a real estate agent that would provide an honest assessment of our situation, provide good options, and help steer us through the complicated home-buying process. Stephanie Woolfolk was simply outstanding for us. It was just a great fit for our family's needs to work with her. She is personable and professional. For someone like me who had little experience in this area, she made it all seem remarkably simple to understand. Stephanie walked us through the buying process and explained the steps in a thorough and easy-to-understand way. She helped us find the type of home that worked best for our family and provided insight into the pricing and overall value of homes that we looked at. Stephanie was mindful of our budget and provided reasonable recommendations. When it came time to negotiate a deal for the house we ended up buying, our family got an excellent deal. She is very knowledgeable about Virginia real estate. We were interested in buying in the Richmond area, and Stephanie knows a lot about buying homes in the Richmond area, the Middle Peninsula, and the Charlottesville area.
