Mac helped my mother sell HER grandmother's house (my mother is the PR/executor of the estate.) Estate sales can be messy and this one was no exception. An initial sale fell through AFTER the contracts had been signed. Mac's extensive knowledge of real estate transactions/law was appreciated as he helped my mother hold the buyer accountable. Further, within a short period of time, Mac had found another buyer. Mac was also great at keeping an eye on the property prior to the final sale. Twice the house was broken into and Mac promptly let my mother know.As previously noted, estate sales can be trying and stressful given the different personalities who may have a stake in the final outcome; Mac's calm, personable demeanor was just what my mother needed.Like Neo in The Matrix, Mac is "the one." If you need a realtor, do not bother to look any further!

100% reliability and highly experienced professionalism !We were very lucky to have Mac McCord as our agent in buying a foreclosed property during summer of 2020. This was our first home purchase. We chose Mac within many agents during months-long house search because he was the fastest and most reliable in communication, very trustworthy, and went far out of his way to show properties, even via facetime. Besides, he is very competent with technology (a huge plus). The purchasing process of a foreclosed property was, least to say, very tough, hideous, and long.
