Michael Altobelli was able to help my fiance and me find our perfect dream home. His knowledge of the area helped us find everything we wanted at a very affordable price. This was our first time purchasing a house and Michael was able to advise us very well and help inform us on making such an important decision/investment. We were never pressured into anything and he was always aware of what things we were looking for, and what we were hoping to avoid. This is why I'm so thankful for his patience, knowledge and expertise in finding our house. After finding the dream house, he moved quickly at submitting an offer (well below asking price) and was able to get the seller to agree to other requests which all made our moving and purchasing experience a very smooth transition. It was always easy to get in touch with Michael, and he was always flexible which made the whole "house hunting" experience nearly stress free. Living in a house you love is amazing and I wouldn't have this luxury if it wasn't for Michael Altobelli.

There is a lot to say about the level of professionalism, kindness, and expertise that Mike brings to the home buying process. Having briefly looked at houses with another realtor, I have sense of how uncomfortable and annoying it can be to work with someone who is pushy and is probably more interested in a sale than in the best interests of their clients. Mike is not this kind of real estate professional. From day one, I felt like my desire to take my time in the buying process was heard and respected. At the same time, I still felt like one of Mike's clients, not just like another person on his mailing list. When I was ready to make an offer my my first house, Mike was supportive and knowledgeable at every step of the way, and I appreciated his easy-going nature when I was feeling stressed by the common challenges of being a first-time homebuyer. Even after I had moved in, Mike provided support when unusually strong rains brought water into my basement (while I was out of the country) and demonstrated, yet again, that he is not just a good real estate agent but also a good person.
