What an awesome experience I have had with Melanie. She assisted us in the sales of our last home as well as the purchase of our current one, and she has been truly amazing. Her knowledge of the areas we were looking, including taxes, school districts, property values, and overall feel, was invaluable in selecting our home. Even having lived in Pennsylvania my whole life there would have been no way to make an informed decision without Melanie's input and expertise. Melanie is enthusiastic, motivated, sincere, and a true trusted advisor. She was always available to answer my unending amount questions. Melanie's optimism and pleasant personality are infectious and it was always a joy to talk to her. Clearly evidenced was her understanding of the processes, paperwork, and related information required to get our houses ready to sell, not to mention to the questions we needed to be asking as buyers. At no point was I ever concerned or worried about the sales/purchase of our houses and her honesty and straight-forward approach helped put my mind at ease. I would not even hesitate to recommend her to anyone and can safely say that I will never use anyone else for any future home purchases or sales. I encourage the reader of this review to give her an opportunity to prove how her wealth of knowledge, personality, and attitude will take all of the guesswork out of the often stressful process of purchasing or selling a home.
