My experience with Eric and The Elliott Team was AMAZING!! Hands Down with it Being it was my first time buying a home. Eric helped me with any questions or concerns i had . He was attentive, patient and listened to what i wanted. because im not a very patient person and also very picky lol. I felt as if i would never find the right house for me and family, but Eric would tell that the right house would come along. And for me not to get discouraged and it finally did !! he knew the house he was going to see to list was exactly what i was looking for and wanted. It was mine before it was even listed, So if you want a realtor who is going to listen and help you find your dream home. You cant go wrong with Eric Rhoades as your Realtor . If i were to buy or sell i would DEFINITELY use and suggest anyone to go with The Elliott Team.
