My uncle passed away in the spring of 2019 and he owned a house in Florida for sale. George was his agent. Just before he passed away he had gotten an offer which was accepted. After he passed away I became the executor of his estate and I was totally lost. Being all the way in Kentucky I didnt have a clue about Floridas estate laws. No exaggeration George was a life saver. He found a lawyer in Florida to deal with the legal red tape and then he took care of the rest including find folks to make improvements and repairs plus he had to be a negotiator with the buyers. ( And I might say I truly appreciate their understanding of the situation ). Let me just say that George made a bad situation a lot easier than it would have been and for that I am forever grateful and needless to say he gets 10 stars from me. Thank you George

We were selling our home during the COVID epidemic and really werent sure if our home would get any activity. We contacted Kendra and Dan, told them what we decided to do, they set up a time to come and see our property. Not only were we selling our home we needed to buy a home.We were very nervous and they advised us not to worry, told us what they would be doing on their part, and all we needed to do was to start looking for a new home. How they keep things straight is unbelievable, but both Kendra and Dan were with us each step of the way. We felt very confident and comfortable.If we ever needed real estate services again, Kendra and Dan would be the team we would go to.
