I would not recommend Todd. He is a fast talker, and maybe if he thinks he'll make a lot of money off your sale, he'll be more attentive, but for the average mid-low 1st time home buyer/seller family, think again. He even admitted he thought our house would be an easy sell. He didn't offer us any advice on staging, fixing, or anything we could do to sell after about 20 showings & 2 offers fell through. And we asked. He never actually showed our home himself, never held an open house, and never spent a dime on marketing after the initial post card was sent out - to our neighborhood. I appreciated the auto notices that a showing was scheduled - from the automated website-, but had to call him for feedback... We had at least one serious potential which he never replied to. I'm glad he didn't sell it so we didn't have to pay him.

Todd has assisted us with four real estate transactions on both buying/selling side for the past 14 years. He assisted us with the purchase of our first home in 2000 and we have been working with him for all of our real estate needs since. Our latest transaction was a home listing in the Southwedge area for 89k (same home we acquired in 2000 as first time home buyers - was rental property from 2009 to 2013). Our home listed in mid-November and in less than two weeks we had a purchase offer at list price!!!.Todd's staff did an amazing job with the pictures taken that were used in the listing websites. He used a website to keep us informed of scheduled showings - as soon as an appointment was scheduled, we would get an email. If the prospective buyer provided feedback on the website after the showing, we had immediate access to that information. After many showings we kept hearing the same concern from prospective buyers - '..needs new roof..'. Todd recommended we update our website listing info to include verbiage stating 'Buyer will replace roof with solid offer and mortgage commitment'. The listing verbiage update was followed by the solid offer (list price) the following day.Our first home purchase - home had been taken off the market when we decided to see it. We mentioned to Todd we had seen a house in the neighborhood we wanted, but it was no longer available for sale. He said he would place a call and see what he could do - guess what - buyers were willing to let us see it and we ended up purchasing our first home (after taking Todd all over the world to show us homes). Second home purchase was rental property purchase in neighboring suburb. Our third home purchase was probably the most time consuming because we could not seem to find a home that met all of our needs within our price range - we finally found our 'home' about year later. Todd never gave up on us - always very patient and accommodating with our requests for appointments to see homes (day/time/location didn't matter - we got to see the homes we wanted, when we wanted).What you see is what you get with Todd -- down-to-earth, honest, hard-working (this guy goes to bat for you!!!), responsive ('immediately' responds to your calls/inquiries/concerns), and he is more concerned about his clients' needs than his own pocket.If you want results and are looking to work with one of the best real estate professionals in the area - call Todd Enright with Remax Realty.
