Beverlee Vidoli as our agent was the best thing that happened to us with the sale of our house. We had a great comfort level with her from the first time we met her. She was practical and realistic about the list price of our house and helped us compare with similar properties in town. She promptly replied to all our emails and phone calls . She and her office were quick to contact anyone that needed to be contacted (buyers agent, buyers bank, Fire Dept, Electrician, town tax office, water meter reader so on). On the day before closing, she told us that we can call her early in the morning or late at night if we needed any last minute help and kept up her assurance. In 2 months we felt like we had known Beverlee for yearswe sold our house in a week and remain thankful to Beverlee and her professional expertise.

I decided to downsize from my current home and purchase a condo. Sandra and I looked at a few condos until I found the one that I wanted to purchase.
