When my husband's job required relocation to a new and unfamiliar location, we were so fortunate to work with Craig Buchanan. Not only were we moving to a new town but also transitioning from raising kids to empty nesters. It was a lot of change all at once and Craig helped walk us through it. He made a very stressful time in our lives a bit easier. Craig went above and beyond to determine what our needs and preferences were and was always patient with us through out the process. Never did we feel pressured or like just another client on his list. Craig was extremely professional, knowledgeable of the area and market, and dependable. If Craig made appointments with us or set time aside to work with us he was prompt and we never felt rushed. Because we were relocating, there were times that some things needed to be done from a distance. Craig was able to help us to use current technology that allowed us to do some things remotely. That was a huge burden lifted. We were so impressed by the service that Craig provided that we recommended him our oldest son and his wife and also our to our elderly parents when they were each looking to purchase homes in this area.
