During a very short visit with my daughters family, it became apparent we were about to become resident of Hinesville. My son-in-law had to make a small purchase at a local store. Thru small talk, my husband was asked to speak with their PR, who requested he transfer to this store. My daughter then called her friend Cindy. Although he husband had just deployed a few hours earlier, she agreed to meet with us. She graciously showed us several homes. On our way back to Pa. we decided if our current home sold, this was meant to be. Cindy & my daughter diligently set us video and thru phone calls, we settled on a home. We trusted Cindy, who was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be accomplished. Being a 1,000 miles away, all we had to do was give her our OK and she handled everything for us. Thanks to Cindy, our Pennsylvania property and our new home here, closed with 2 weeks of each other. Would recommend Cindy to anyone that wants an agent who is there to satisfy YOUR WANTS AND NEEDS. Its been seven years now and this has been the perfect location, for spending our Golden Years. THANKS CINDY

When we were new to the area and looking for a home, Cindy Lou was right there showing us houses that met our needs and our budget. We found a home that was 3/4 finished, and she worked with us and the builder directly to ensure we got to pick the colors, flooring, etc for the rest of the house. It was our FIRST HOME, and the process could not have been more wonderful. She kept us at ease and assured us through every step, and even sent us daily pictures when we had to go out of town for a week on the progress of the house! We were the right distance from Ft. Stewart to feel like we were in the country, while being minutes from work. She took ALL of our wants/desires and found us our perfect home! THEN... when we got order unexpectedly 11 months later to leave Ft. Stewart it was time to sell already. We knew this would possibly put us in a predicament in selling so soon. Cindy Lou again calmed our fears, came into the house, and told us exactly what we needed to do to stage it properly. After immediately doing what she said, she had our house sold to another amazing and appreciative family in 3 WEEKS!!!!!!!!! I would never recommend anyone else in the area other than Cindy Lou Duvall. She is so very professional and caring; willing to show you a home any day of the week or time of day when you are available! She goes the extra mile for her customers and always ensures they are fully satisfied!!!!!!
