I live about 1000 miles away but was in the Tampa area to settle my brothers estate. Donna came highly recommended by somebody I had just met there and not knowing anyone else, I decided to giver her a shot. When I met with Donna, she was empathetic to my situation and assured me that everything would go smoothly even though I lived so far away. It was just a small house but Donna didnt make me feel any less important. She listed the house for me and received an offer within about three days for more than I expected. She kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and was able to take care of a few issues with the house that came up along the way. If everything goes according to plan, I hope to retire in the Tampa area in the next several years and will definitely use Donna when looking for a new home.
